We are currently seeking to acquire multifamily, commercial and mixed/special use properties in Florida, Illinois and Texas with a special focus on assets located in high-barrier to entry markets with strong demographics and dense populations.

 

          Due to the structure of our investment platform, we are able to act quickly on new opportunities and have the capacity to close a transaction all in cash if necessary.
